Rapid Response

Coastal Reconstruction also helps clients plan ahead before disaster strikes. Our popular Rapid Response Program gives building owners, property managers and residents “priority status” — guaranteeing that we’ll arrive within four hours of an emergency call. Once on site, we take immediate action to protect property from the elements, prevent further damage and initiate the first steps toward reconstruction. Coastal’s Rapid Response Program not only saves time and money… it also delivers peace of mind. And, the best news is: There’s no cost to you. Coastal is compensated through the amount settled with the insurance company, so you incur no out-of-pocket expenses.

For members of our Rapid Response Program, Coastal commits to provide the following services in a crisis or disaster situation:

  • Within 4 hours of the emergency notification, Coastal will have a team on site to address your emergency needs such as, board-up, emergency fencing, emergency lighting and power, clean-up no matter size the loss.
  • Within 24 hours of the emergency call, Coastal will begin compiling a detailed scope of work.
  • If structural damage has occurred, architectural/engineering and truss drawings for the permit process will be started immediately.
  • Immediate action will take place if demo is needed to mitigate mold issues, including the use of dehumidifiers and dryers.
  • To prevent further damage to the property, Coastal will take action to protect your property from the elements.
  • Within 5 days of initial walk-thru, Coastal will provide a completed scope of work.
  • Coastal will meet the adjuster at the loss site to help settle the claim on your behalf.
  • Once the loss is settled, Coastal will repair your units back to rent-ready condition.
  • There are absolutely no fees for this service. Coastal will be compensated through the amount settled with the Insurance Company. You are only responsible for your preset deductible with your Insurance provider.
  • This agreement is valid until terminated by you or your company and effective immediately from the date of signing.
